PTO Request Form

For the 2023-2024 school year, the Trumansburg PTO has a budget of $200 per grade level or department/program (i.e. music, art, nurse’s office, student services, etc.). Faculty and staff should make purchases and submit for reimbursement. If you have a reimbursement for less than $200 do not use this form, please email your receipts to info@tburgpto.com for reimbursement. Use the form below for purchases over $200 or cumulative requests exceeding $200 as they will need to be reviewed and approved by the PTO officers. Thank you!
