MS Friday Fun Night 7-8:30pm, FREE, Concessions for sale by students council
 
Cass Park Ice Skating: Monday Jan. 26, Monday Feb. 2, & Monday Feb. 9th. Students will leave the school at 3pm and are expected to be picked up at 5pm at Cass Park. $10 includes transportation to Cass Park & Skate Rentals
 
Next PTO Meeting: January 27th 6-7PM ES Steam Room – ALL are Welcome!
 
Saturday, February 7th 12pm-2pm, ES Roller Skating Party, $5 Entry

Donations Needed for Care Closet!

Trumansburg Elementary is joining schools all over the country and starting a “Care Closet.” The idea took off after a teacher in Alabama launched a Care Closet and discovered how the smallest gestures really made a huge impact. The purpose of a Care Closet is to create a space where students have access to resources that fulfill their physiological needs so they can focus and learn. Some children need access to things like snacks and hygiene products, while others may just need a fresh pair of socks because their feet got wet during recess. Please help our Student Services team and school community by donating any of the following items listed below or via the Amazon Wishlist.

 Donation Requests for Care Closet:

  • Individually wrapped snacks – fig bars, fruit cups, applesauce, shelf stable milk
  • Breakfast bars
  • Vaseline (for lips)
  • Clear lip balm
  • Children’s toothbrushes
  • Children’s toothpaste
  • Single use toothbrushes
  • Detangler spray
  • Simple hair ties
  • Q-tips (for vaseline)
